Frozen Sockeye Salmon

from 215.00

Our wild sockeye (red) salmon were immediately bled after catching them, gutted and layered in flake ice.  We have a local custom processor fillet and portion our salmon to provide you with individually packaged fillet portions (8 to 16 oz. of salmon per package, which typically serves two). Our portions are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Frozen sockeye salmon keeps well for up to a year, retaining its deep-red color, rich flavor, and firm texture when thawed and cooked. Our sockeye salmon were caught in July of 2019 in the ocean waters of Cook Inlet, Alaska.
